  1. Where in the week would you be doing your Strength/Power Endurance with your elite athlete (football) ? What is the work volume and the work/rest ratio you would use for this ? Thank you very much !

    • we start immediately. more strength endurance at the beginning of the phase. 50-50 in the middle. more power endurance towards the end of the training cycle
