German Volume Training – Complexes Week 3-4
The previously uploaded GVT – Complexes was intended to be done for 2 weeks. This progression is to be completed for the next 2 weeks. A few exercises have been intensified. Reps and sets are the same but the tempos have increased for more time under tension. The intensification has been increased with mode modifications such as bands, chains, and differences in bars or DBs. Try to maintain the same resistance for each exercise but stick to the increase in tempos. In some cases you may be able to increase resistance.
